  Kothu Chapathi, Ingredients: 3–4 chapathis (cut into small pieces) 1 onion (chopped) 1 tomato (chopped) 1 green chilli (chopped) 1 tsp ginger garlic paste ½ tsp turmeric 1 tsp chilli powder Salt (to taste) 1 egg (optional) Oil Curry leaves Coriander leaves Steps--------- Heat oil in a pan. Add curry leaves, onion, and green chilli. Sauté until soft. Add ginger garlic paste. Cook for a minute. Add tomato, turmeric, chilli powder, and salt. Cook till soft. (Optional) Add 1 egg, scramble and mix. Add chopped chapathi pieces. Mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves. Done!
